The Scarborough Renaissance Festival transforms itself into a magical village of 16th Century kings, queens and villagers and offers goers numerous rides, games, attractions, special events, performances, food and drink.
The main attractions of the Scarborough Renaissance Festival are the outstanding performances and special events that are performed throughout the day. Some of the favorite special events are the “Renaissance Romance”, “Long John Silver’s Pirate Invasion” and the “Final Knight”. The performance stage will be hosting the well-known “Joust” which is the most popular among festival attendees, “Don Juan and Miguel” a sword fighting and comedy event, and “The Rougues” a bag pipes drums and highland spirit performance.
